After much anticipation, 2023 lottery licenses have been announced!
From September 11th to 22nd, applications will be accepted at local ABC district offices, with priority drawings being held the week of October 24th. No Type 47s in San Francisco, Alameda or Marin, unfortunately... but there are licenses available in Napa, Contra Costa and LA. On-Sale licenses are Types 47, 48 and 75. Off-Sale license is Type 21. San Francisco "Fringe Neighborhood" Type 87
While San Francisco doesn't have any Type 47s, ABC is, once again, offering five Type 87 licenses. These are similar to 47s in privileges but are restricted to certain neighborhoods and resale terms.
