ABC in the Modern Age
Taking it Online in 2021 I'm genuinely excited to announce that ABC is now accepting renewal payments ONLINE! Behold... the new Online Services functionality on their website! Many license types are still eligible for renewal waivers. ABC tells us that about half of eligible licensees are NOT taking advantage of this, so let us know if you have questions about it. Cocktails To-Go Will Continue (for a while)
Senate Bill 389 Info
SB389 extends some of the immensely popular Cocktails to-go privileges from last year's relief measures.
The Details:
Customers must pick it up (no delivery)
Must be ordered with a meal
Limit of 2 drinks per meal
Limited pours (4.5 oz spirits, 187-355 ml wine, beer only in sealed bottles or cans)
Secure lid
Clear labeling that it contains alcohol
Must include a specific warning visible to the customer
Expires 12/31/2026
